Blogs by and about teens and adults with Down syndrome

So life has been keeping me busy - too busy to blog! But I did do a guest blog post on A Perfect Lily - check it out if you have time and let me know what you think about it.

I also have had the thought in the back of my mind that I should put together a list of blogs by and about teens and adults with Down syndrome.  So, I've finally started! I'd love to hear from any friends or bloggers with other good blogs to add to the list!

This our family's blog. It is about Gabriel and his little sister Isabella's daily events. There is never a dull moment in our house and I typically have a camera in hand. ENJOY!

Thank you!!! Ciarra is bugging me about having her own blog. I kinda sorta think it would be more a Disney/Pixar blog than a DS blog, lol. maybe for her birthday in june. We appreciate the mention!

Missy, this is very long overdue note to say thankyou for your guest post on Patti's blog. You were able to articulate so many things that I felt in the months from when we received our prenatal diagnosis to holding our beautiful baby in our arms. These words in particular rang true in my heart and I used them as my little mantra so many times when I wasn't feeling very brave at all:
"They may be total wrecks, and full of fear and doubt. But they are brave. They are BRAVE. And they seek out the truth. And understanding."
I have shared your guest post on my blog FB page today, as part of DS Awareness month. I spent a lot of time on the Babycenter DSP forum when I was pregnant and I am so thankful for your dedication to helping mums like me. Thank you for helping me be brave x

Confessions of the Chromosomally Enhanced www.confessionsofthechromosomallyenhanced.blogspot.com documents the lives of my older sister, Leanne (35), who has Down syndrome, and our daughter, Josie (2.5), who has Down syndrome and whose adoption was inspired by Leanne. The Top 5 favorite Leanne links are posted in a tab across the top. She is the funniest person I've ever met!
